The standard rental experience has been less than ideal.  From paper leases and addendums requiring numerous signatures, to mailing rent checks and hoping they arrive on time,  it seems the single-family rental experience has been stuck in the 20th century.  That's why Green Street Property Management uses Buildium property management software to streamline the rental process.  All applications and lease agreements can be completed conveniently from your phone or computer.  Further, our residents have access to an online portal and mobile app where they can pay rent and submit maintenance requests with a click of a button, and access account statements and important documents (such as your lease) 24/7.
